Jackson named CSAC Field Hockey Player of the Week
Freshman nabs third weekly honor
ASTON, PA. -- Freshman Sarah Jackson (Sewell, N.J//Washington Twp.) was named The Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) Field Hockey Player of the Week for the week ending September 26th. This is the second occasion the rookie has been honored by the league.
Jackson scored three goals in two CSAC wins last week. The freshman notched two goals, including the overtime game-winner at Marywood on Tuesday. She followed that up with a tally against conference opponent Cedar Crest on Saturday.
She currently leads the league in scoring (10 goals/2 assists) and has registered a point in all but one game this season.
